Next, the Training Guideline will instruct you on the sales process, offer suggested ways to approach prospects, what to say and how to communicate with business owners and how to enter the data obtained for follow-up. It is all there in simple easy to follow documents, videos and guides. Training should take just a couple of hours and you will be ready to start meeting with local businesses. 

You will find all the information you need to engage, which can happen typically within 24 hours is presented in the Training Guideline. From time to time, be sure to revisit the training guideline for updates and enhancements to the processes and protocols that evolve over time.

The FAQs is an excellent resource for the common questions asked by prospects and LASRs. Everything you need to know to move forward is here in a simple to follow format.  This Document is NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION to prospects, it is a resource for LASRs internal use only!

As you get off to your Fast Start, one “tip” is to stay connected to the management team, be sure to check in often, ask questions, get insights and learn more as you go. This is a simple process (Prospect, Follow up, Present and Close)… the management team has years of experience to share is motivated to see you achieve high levels of success, that partnership should be utilized everyday! Please don’t make the mistake thinking that your manager, or the CEO, Joe Grushkin is “too busy” to assist you… they want you to succeed and are100% committed to everyone’s success!
